Rent a beautiful Burgundy Château for a family holiday
Space to gather. Time at ease
Château de Montrevost, an elegant estate shaped between the 16th and 19th centuries, offers around 900 m² of refined living space, where historic character meets understated comfort. Set within a 15-acre park, including protected woodland, the château enjoys a peaceful setting with gentle countryside views stretching towards the Jura Mountains in the distance. Its distinctive architecture and preserved features — painted French ceilings, original parquet floors, wood panelling and monumental fireplaces — give each room a sense of authenticity, enhanced by carefully chosen furnishings that blend tradition with modern ease.
The Château offers 10 air-conditioned double bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, as well as a children’s bedroom, making it ideal for relaxed stays with family and friends. At its heart, a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with a casual dining area opens directly onto the wide terrace, featuring an al fresco dining area and heated swimming pool — perfect for time together or simply switching off.
The estate is a short walk from the charming village of Cuisery and the banks of the River Seille, while Tournus, with its Michelin-starred restaurants, famous abbey and characterful streets, is a ten minute drive away.

We spent a week with our family at Chateau Montrevost... and it was all we have dreamt of and we could have wished for. In one word, FANTASTIC! Like we say in The Netherlands "leven als God in Frankrijk"... and we sure did! And we can't wait to do it again!

A sense of space. A sense of place
At Château de Montrevost, the living spaces are generous, varied and well connected, giving everyone plenty of choice in how they spend their time.
