What a wonderful and relaxing time we had at chateau de Lans! We enjoyed everything about the property and all of the meticulous details that you have put into the house and grounds. Already planning to come back for a more extended stay with family and friends. Thanks for all of the great memories!! The Nixon family. England.

We were at Chateau de Lans for the second time with 13 person (5 children 9-15 years old) and 8. adults. We again had a wonderful time. We were lucky to have nice weather, so we could use the swimming. pool. we enjoyed it. the great garden is nice to play in with the kids. the kitchen equipment is more than enough. There is enough space for everyone. We loved it very much and we hope we will be able to come again. Dear Sylvia and Christophe, we wish you very much luck with your castles and we thank you for heaving a great time here. A bientot

Thank you for allowing us to stay at your wonderful Chateau, it has so much history and you have put so much thought into making it an incredible space to spend time with our friends. Mercurey is a beautiful village that reminds me a lot of Franschhoek and Paarl in South Africa. The views and your selection of wines are spectacular!

 I just wanted to let you know that we had the most wonderful stay at your chateau in Lans. It fully lived up to expectations, and we enjoyed all your recommendations for the restaurants in Chalon, as well as the trip to Jura which we loved so much.
 Would you please pass on our thanks to chef Agnes. The dinner she prepared and served on the last night was spectacular, and everyone had such a great night. It was the perfect closing to a wonderful two weeks!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful Chateau. We loved seeing the transformation after seeing it last year. This was our 3rd stay at a Kasteliades chateau ^^. We were a group of 3 families and we are going home feeling very relaxed.  We look forward to returning.  Many thanks.

What a wonderful place you have created here. Its was a dream being in this beatiful castle. Just when one is having most fun, we had to wake up from this wonderful dream. Thank you!

 Thank you so much for allowing us the honor of being your first guests at Chateau du Burnand! This was out third stay at a Kasteliades property (we stayed at Lans and Montrevost previously) and every one of them have exceeded expectations. We explored the lovely villages of Saint Gengoux le National and Tournus, and took a boat cruise one morning out of La Truchere. We walked the several hiking paths (a church from 1031? just down the hill from the chateau) accessible from the house, swam in the pool, rode bikes, played petanque and enjoyed several meals, conversations and laughter under the magical veil provided by the Sycamore tree adjacent to the pool. The 2 refrigerators and 2 dishwashers, outdoor grill and a well-equipped kitchen made preparing meals for our larger group a breeze. And, as expected from previous visits, our custom wine tasting at Simard was once again a high point (for me). 
 
Christophe and Sylvia, you two have once again done a masterful job with the restoration and outfitted the chateau well with aesthetically pleasing decor that befits the grand canvas of the home. As always, your attention to detail, responsiveness and clear communication throughout our stay allowed us to rest easy and fully enjoy our week in the area. 
 
We can’t wait to return and try out one of the other chateaux!

Everything is perfect. The Chateau, the rooms, the pool and the garden.The sorroundings and the region, the service . We spent a wonderful week there with our friends. And we are happy to come back next year !

I wanted to write again to say thank you for a wonderful week at your property. All the amenities were fantastic and I hope to visit again soon, maybe even trying another one of your properties.  Everyone enjoyed the experience and would also want to join again.

I am writing on behalf of our entire travel group to say just how much we enjoyed staying at the Chateau de Lans! Our expectations were exceeded in every way. The services of Chef Agnes and Chef Thomas allowed us to dine and drink leisurely before retiring for the evening. We took full advantage of the pool, workout area, sauna and steam. A small group went hot air ballooning and we all met Florian for a bike tour - in the rain!
The only complaint was there wasn’t enough time!
 Thank you again for your communications, information and providing us a “home away from home”.
