A lovely, well equipped Chateau de Lans, tastefully furnished and ideal for family gatherings or groups of friends. Christophe was the perfect host. One week was not enough to discover all that the area has to offer. We hope to return sometime in the future.

Beautiful location, outstanding comfort, high-luxury amenities, wonderful region. We were up to 20 guests and enjoyed every minute of our stay at Château de Montsymond !

Chateau de Montsymond is a gem! The newly-renovated property with a large heated pool and extensive fitness-sauna is truly a find and stands out from other similar properties. It is perfectly located close to several small villages and towns, and is totally private. The chateau itself has numerous en-suite bedrooms, game rooms, tv room etc. that were all put to good use by our party of 14 people. All in the party were highly impressed by the quality of the chateau itself, the large kitchen, etc. and there is no question we will return. An added bonus is the wine expertise and experience of the courteous and efficient host, Mssr. Christophe Gay. Highly recommended !!!

We really liked the Château de Montsymond and enjoyed our stay there, thank you! We are already considering returning next summer 2017 :)

The location is superb ! We thouroughly enjoyed all this lovely area has to offer, particularly the wineries. Walking through the vineyards each morning to get our baguettes will stay with us for a long time !

What an amazing Chateau ! We’va had a fantastic week. The children loved the pool and the adults loved the wine tasting. The summerhouse was really useful and we enjoyed a few barbecues by the pool. “Claire, Rob and Alex Grenhelp. Had a great time ! Finly, our 14 months old loved the swimming-pool. Visited many places, great locations, enjoyed our stay.

What a wonderful week we have had here at Château de Mercurey. Magnificient weather, enjoyed sampling the amazing Bourgogne wines and fabulous produce. We have enjoyed the pool, petanque, table tennis & billiards and have had the most amazing summer holiday. We will miss the birds of France and cant wait to return again soon !

Petits et grands ont adoré passer de nombreuses heures dans la belle piscine, jouer à cache-cache dans le merveilleux parc et discuter à bâtons rompus dans les différentes pièces, toutes dignes d'un château. Although the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed our stay, not in the least because we were advised by you properly about which places we should visit...and of course the wine tasting visit at your house was a highlight of last week. Everything about our stay at Mercurey Castle was outstanding. We misjudged the time to get from Paris to Mercurey, but Christophe still waited an additional 2 hours for us to give us a personal tour and welcome (including local wine). The Castle is incredible; luxurious, yet still very comfortable. The location right next to the town makes it ideal to conveniently walk to buy food at the local markets or try some great local restaurants or try some of the very good local wine. I have enthusiastically recommended both Mercurey Castle and Christophe to everyone I come in contact with.

I wanted to use the chance to thank you again for the beautiful week we spent in Mercurey. In terms of quality, service, organization, extras, infrastructure and child friendliness I have never before made such a good experience on my travels in general, not only with Interhome.
You really make an effort to let the travel company feel at home and enjoy pure quality time on their holidays. All 11 adults and 5 children had an amazing time. We will be back in 2012. That’s for sure Please keep up the good work !

Difficile de quitter ces lieux de charme et de confort où nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison. Nous avons vécu le week-end de Pâques au bord de la piscine grâce au soleil rayonnant ! Nous n’oublierons pas ce magnifique séjour au Château de Mercurey où tout s’est merveilleusement déroulé, notamment grâce aux diverses pièces et jeux où chacun pouvait circuler. Ce fût une semaine placée sous le signe de Saint Exupéry et celà grâce à la famille Moirand (nos hotes) mais également à Christophe et à ses nombreuses bonnes idées! Quel bel endroit! Que de gens sympas, pros et avec ce supplément d'âme qui caractérise la famille Moirand & Christophe. Merci également aux Chefs Patrick et Thomas qui ont mis les points sur les "i" de tous nos repas. Pour tout cela un grand merci du fond du coeur.

We were friends and family from Canada and Switzerland. The weather was hot and sunny everyday ! It was a perfect week in a perfect spot." Some highlights from our week :
- Cycling from Beaune to Chagny.
- Wine tastings.
- Climbing the hill to the Virgin Mary.
- Wonderful meals that lasted until midnight.
- Road trips to find Châteaux & Chapels.
- Picking cherries from the poolside tree.
- Creating lasting memories and planning our reunion dinner.
The views from the Château were magnificiant and the whole place is nicely decorated and very comfortable.

Merci de nous avoir offert cette belle maison très confortable et bien équipée. A l'occasion de l'anniversaire de notre mère, la famille s'est déplacée de Zurich à Saunières pour passer un bon moment ensemble. Nous avons profité du beau temps pour découvrir Beaune, Cluny, le château de Cormatin, Louhans...etc. Le soir vous avons bien dîner en famille. A bientôt et merci beaucoup !

Tout juste rentrés du Château de Mercurey, nous tenions à vous remercier. Notre séjour s'est très bien déroulé et nous avons été ravis de nous retrouver en famille, pour fêter la nouvelle année.

​Our group of 10 had a fabulous week here at Villa Saunières. The house was fantastic, comfortable, attractive and in a very peaceful setting. From here we were able to explore the vineyards of Cote d'Or, of Château-Chalon and Dijon. Another huge thanks to Christophe for the wonderful wine tastings session- yet another pleasure-and for the special Port, opened and tasted in company in our honour :-).
We are looking forward to coming again, perhaps next time we will need a bigger place to stay, as the family grows, but we will be certain to stay in touch and find a place among the Kasteliades.

What a wonderful week we had in your fantastic Château de Mercurey! We enjoyed our stay in the charming rooms with outstanding interior design, the garden and the swimming-pool as well as the magnificent view of the vineyards surrounding the château. It ist a perfect place to stay with a group of friends (or a family). It is perfetly equiped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We really appreciated the beauty of the château, the tasteful design and the comfort that made our stay just perfect. 
And furthermore the château is situated in an very attractive area. I hope we can return in the future. Many thanks!
P.S.: You have created an excellent idea with the renovation and the rental of châteaux which of an outstanding design and comfort. This is what many people are looking for. Our stay in your house was really enjoyable because: the rooms were very nice, enough table wear and overall the house felt very welcoming. We enjoyed the wine tasting and the St Emilion was delicious. Sauna etc terrific, what else can we say. The weather was not good but because the house was so nice we were not bored. The fireplace did his work as well. And your welcome felt very warm. We will remember this week for a long time, and we will recommend your house (may be in the future we will return). Thanks for everything.

13 of us, all accomodated in lovely bedrooms. Wonderful social house, great furnishings. BBQ in constant use due to prearranged excellent weather. Loved the pool and plenty of sunbeds. All enjoyed Chalon and surrounding area. Great meal cooked of our first night by Chef Patrick. We have been on holiday as a group of 13 friends for over 10 years and this house has been the best.

Un site merveilleux, un temps alterné de soleil et nuages très agréable pour la température. Nous avons profité de la piscine tous les jours. Aujourd'hui il pleut, belle image de notre humeur maussade au moment de repartir. Quel calme. Nous avons passé de vraies vacances avec toute la famille !! PS : Nous avons sauvé deux écureuils !
