A warm thank you to all our visitors from the world who took the time to write us a mail, or leave a word in our golden books. This trace of their stay with us in Burgundy will stay in our memories and their satisfaction is warming up our hearts.
Sometimes it was not easy or possible for me to understand the words left by hand writing in our golden books and I have not been able to copy words left in other languages than English or French. So I would like to tell the authors to excuse me for this.

Met 15 mensen : Vader, moeder, kinderen en 7 kleinkinderen hadden we een fantastishe week. Waar het weer wat minder was bood het kasteel alle mogelijkheden.
We gaan elke jaar op “gezinsvakantie” en dit was de mooiste locatie tot nu toe !

We all love France, the people are so welcoming, especially in this area. We recommend the market in Verdun, it was "true France".
Nous venons de passer une semaine de pur bonheur dans ce cadre enchanteur. Bravo pour la décoration choisie avec goût, et les rajouts, que nous avons appréciés lors de cette deuxième édition. Petits et grands ont adoré passer de nombreuses heures dans la belle piscine, jouer à cache-cache dans le merveilleux parc et discuter à bâtons rompus dans les différentes pièces, toutes dignes d'un château. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir pour une 3ème édition. Merci infiniment.
What a wonderful week we have had here at Château de Mercurey. Magnificient weather, enjoyed sampling the amazing Bourgogne wines and fabulous produce. We have enjoyed the pool, petanque, table tennis & billiards and have had the most amazing summer holiday. We will miss the birds of France and cant wait to return again soon !

What an amazing Chateau ! We’va had a fantastic week. The children loved the pool and the adults loved the wine tasting. The summerhouse was really useful and we enjoyed a few barbecues by the pool. “Claire, Rob and Alex Grenhelp. Had a great time ! Finly, our 14 months old loved the swimming-pool. Visited many places, great locations, enjoyed our stay.
We had a marvellous vacation, lovely place...A piece of paradise !! Thank you for everything.
