A warm thank you to all our visitors from the world who took the time to write us a mail, or leave a word in our golden books. This trace of their stay with us in Burgundy will stay in our memories and their satisfaction is warming up our hearts.
Sometimes it was not easy or possible for me to understand the words left by hand writing in our golden books and I have not been able to copy words left in other languages than English or French. So I would like to tell the authors to excuse me for this.

Une semaine, cela peut être très long ou bien très court... Nous l'avons, quand à nous, trouvée vraiment trop courte! Entourés de nos enfants et petits-enfants, nous avons, grâce à Christophe et toutes ses équipes associées à notre vie quotidienne, passé un délicieux séjour au Château de Lans. C'est également grâce à lui qu'entre les délicieux repas préparés par Patrick et Thomas nous avons pu découvrir quelques flacons précieux qui ont enchantés notre palais et avec lesquels nous repartons fièrement. Nous avons découvert ce Château du bonheur et n'aspirons maintenant plus qu'à y revenir pour retrouver ces moments de plaisirs...Un immense merci à tous pour votre accueil, votre écoute et votre amitié. On espère à bientôt.
Vertrekken na een heerlijk verblijf in Château de Mercurey valt moeilijk. Heerlijk weer, een prima zwembad in een mooie omgeving en vooral in het mooie château is alles wat je maar kunt wensen.Nu al denken wij : Kunnen we dit in 2012 weer doen. Maar dat is afwachten.Bedankt voor de geode werzorging en hopelijk tot Ziens !

Words simply can't express how much we enjoyed our week at your beautiful chateau. We are a family who came together to celebrate my mom's 70th birthday. She is an amazing woman and this was the perfect environement to raise a glass (several glasses, actually !) in her honor.
We've made so many memories, had great laughs, told stories, shared meals and just had a magnificient time together.
Thank you for creating such a special home and for opening it up to others.

We have been blown away by the Château de Lans and all its facilities - The pool, the bedrooms, the bikes etc.. The standard is really 5 Stars and the decor is beautiful. We will surely be returning to Château de Lans. Thank you. Ps: The boys would like to say a special thank you to Christophe for the wine tasting - excellent and well worth doing !

We had a fantastic time at Chateau de Mercurey. The pool, petanque, table tennis and trampoline were all used extensively. The house itself was fabulous and was a great base to explore Burgundy. I really appreciated to opportunity to see your cellar and taste some of your wines, it was really a unique experience and a highlight for me.

Christophe: We commend you on a wonderful place, a superlative list of restaurants, chefs, bicycle tours, a lovely business model and a great wine tasting. You've made us feel truly welcomes and we'd come back often if we had enough friends (joke). The only thing- how could we fit in enough wine to last us through the desert of an American year ?
