Merci à tous nos visiteurs du monde entier qui ont pris la peine de nous écrire un petit mail, ou de nous laisser un message dans nos livres d'or présents dans les châteaux. Cette trace de leur passage restera dans nos mémoires et leur satisfaction réchauffe nos coeurs.
J'ai quelquefois dû "décrypter" des mots manuscrits dans nos livres d'or (sans doute avec quelques erreurs), et je n'ai pas été en capacité de recopier les messages manuscrits dans les autres langues que l'anglais et le français... Je prie les auteurs de bien vouloir m'en excuser.

We have had such a wonderful time in France. We spent the last 6 days cycling through Normandy and Brittany viewing the sites and meeting many very nice people. Throughout we have shared stories of our stay at Chateau Mercurey. The food and wine was delicious and delightful and relaxation by the pool and in the game room made our stay very enjoyable. And your wine tasting tour was fabulous. Merci beaucoup. We leave for the United States today but France will remain in our hearts as such a wonderful place. Thank you for helping us have such a wonderful visit.

Cher Christophe, our extended family of eleven, including our two grand children, had a wonderful time in this lovely château. Thanks for hosting us in your home and for introducing us to an experience we will not forget in Burgundy. We really enjoyed the wine/bike tour with Florian. Our grandchildren made it the whole 26kms! Your wine tasting was both informative and delicious. Chef Toma's dinner was another highlight.

Just in case no member of our party mentions it...the wine tasting at Sylvia and Christophe's home is superb! Christophe shared his passion for wine and his collection of fine wines with the skill of an expert and communicator. A wonderful experience - not to be missed.
