Merci à tous nos visiteurs du monde entier qui ont pris la peine de nous écrire un petit mail, ou de nous laisser un message dans nos livres d'or présents dans les châteaux. Cette trace de leur passage restera dans nos mémoires et leur satisfaction réchauffe nos coeurs.
J'ai quelquefois dû "décrypter" des mots manuscrits dans nos livres d'or (sans doute avec quelques erreurs), et je n'ai pas été en capacité de recopier les messages manuscrits dans les langues autres que l'anglais et le français... Je prie les auteurs de bien vouloir m'en excuser.

We had our first family vacation in 14 years at Château de Lans. This was an amazing location to do this. The rooms & bathrooms, the decor, the large kitchen and dining-room...and of course the grounds.
We all enjoyed the pool, the trampoline and even apples from the garden. We loved exploring wine country. Christophe's wine tasting was "Amazing". The Chef at the Château was a wonderful night for the entire group. In a word, it was a magical week. We hope to come back & enjoy one of the other properties in the future.
Dear Christophe, we had a fabulous time celebrating my uncles' 70th birthday and my parents 40th wedding anniversary. What a fabulous place for the whole famil to join in the celebrations. A real sense of occasion ! Chef Raphael and his wife provided a real treat, the food delicious and the service superb. We really did have a wonderful time in such a special place. Thank you !
A wonderful week with friends in this beautiful setting. Lovely day trips to nearby villages & towns, then "home" to enjoy the serenity. Topped off with the platinum wine tasting at Christophe's home - superb thank you. This trip has made life long memories.
13 of us had a lovely time in the Chateau Mercurey. 3 special occasions were celebrated: Christmas, a wedding anniversary and New Year's Eve. This was once in a life time experience and we relished it. The surrounding villages and towns were delightful, and the centuries of history mind blowing. We admire the fact that the chateau has been rescued and brought back to life. Well done !
Cher Christophe. C'était de nouveau une grande fête de séjourner avec toute la famille (17 personnes dont 8 enfants) dans l'une de vos magnifiques demeures. La dernière fois au château de Lans, et cette fois ci à Mercurey. Vu le temps magnifique nous avons passé beaucoup de temps au bord de la piscine et tous les soirs nous y avons dîné. Mais nous avons pu profiter également de toutes les autres possibilités: la salle de gym, le sauna, le hammam, le ping-pong, le jeu de boules... Nous en garderons tous un merveilleux souvenir et qui sait reviendrons nous la prochaine fois au château de Montsymond. Au nom de toute la famille, un grand merci !
We had a fantastic week here at Villa Saunières! We surprised our dad for his 60th birthday and created some amazing family memories. During our stay we had so much fun playing pétanque & enjoying the facilities and grounds. We rode the bikes into Verdun most days for croissants and pains au chocolat fresh from the patisserie. We really enjoyed exploring the area:
- Incredible wine tasting experience with Christophe at Château de Simard.
- Arranging the Chef and server to come to the villa for our formal dinner for Dads birthday night.
- Cycling tour with Guillaume from Burgundy bike tours through the vineyards.

We had a wonderful hot summer week in Villa Saunières. We enjoyed the pool. The pool and parasol were care necessities as we touched 40°C this week. Every evening at 9 we lighted the BBQ and had a lovely dinner outside. All outside dinners were accompanied by good wines but these could not match with the extraordinary wines of your cellar Christophe !
Tip for golfers: It's a 20 minutes drive to Chalon sur Saône's Golf Course. They planted several exotic trees, worthwile!! Hope to come back in one of your other properties. Thanks for the lovely stay !
We were a party of 12 adults and have all appreciated this spacious and comfortable villa with all its amenities. We have enjoyed eating outside on the terrace during the sunny weather. The pool has been particularly popular. It has been a very relaxing week with some excellent food and wine.
We had a fabulous time at Villa Saunières. It has all the amenities and comfort that one would need for a great stay. We were 8 adults and 6 kids ages 18 months to 16 years and there was something for all of us to do! The sauna, the steam-room, heated pool, the comfortable beds, bikes were all appreciated a lot! We enjoyed the hot air balloon ride floating through the early morning mist over the Doubs river. The wine tour was wonderful and the vineyards look beautiful with Fall colors. We especially enjoyed the massage services. Thank you so much for thinking of everything and making our friends 40th birthday celebration so awesome!
